The VacTube system is a passenger and freight transport system. The system uses sealed tubes through which pods travel free from air resistance and friction. People can travel at high speed over long distances in a short timeframe.

The common swift is an extraordinary bird. This bird is considered the fastest bird on earth.

Due to genetical selection, it has developed a body adapted to extreme speeds, a naturally developed aerodynamic design. Vehicle designers made a mechanical pod version of the swift.

Once levitated from the ground the VacTube pod acts as a mechanized swift while flying through the tubes.
